SHIPPING & RETURNS 
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

For shipping within Australia Obtainable Store uses Australian Registered Post (Auspost) and courier service such as Sendle (Couriers Please).

Standard Shipping: 3-7 Days (WA up to 14 days).
Express Shipping: 1-3 Days

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated and collected from Australia Post.
As we cannot guarantee the service of Australia Post being 100% accurate at all times.
Obtainable Store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Please ensure that your allocated delivery address is attended and that there will be someone to sign for delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at hello@obtainablestore.com

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
You can track your parcel by the provided tracking number in the confirmation email.

PROCESSING TIMES

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 24 hours (1 business day).
Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

All orders will then be dispatched from Obtainable Store within 1-3 business days.

In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email. 
Please ensure the postal address entered in the checkout is attended and checked.

ITEM CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR OR AVAILABILITY

In the very rare event that;
A sold-out item has been purchased; OR
A product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake
Obtainable Store reserve the right to cancel the transaction.

You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or full refund. (Whichever is preferred) 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at hello@obtainablestore.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, Obtainable Store accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

As all items in stock are sold out releases. Like many limited edition items, prices can vary from time to time. Which means some sizes may be priced differently & you may notice that the price of a shoe may change dramatically within a few days depending on the market value. 

CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES

All prices indicated and payments processed on this site are by default in Australian Dollars (AUD).

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all currency, duties and taxes policies before purchase and therefore agree to these terms when ordering through Obtainable Store

We ONLY accept payments through Paypal and credit card payments

AUTHENTICITY

Obtainable Store  guarantees the authenticity of every item sold, every item has been check by our staff to ensure that all items are authentic.

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
