Q: Are all your products authentic?

Q: Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
Obtainable Store only sells 100% new items. All items listed here are in pristine condition.
Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
A: We suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide for comprehensive sizing info which can be found on the footer. Or simply visit us instore to try before you buy!
Q: Do you sell giftcards?
A: Yes we do! The gift of choice is one of the greatest gifts we recommend. Please ask one of our friendly staff about this.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders take 1 business day to ship. All stock listed online is in hand.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking link.
Q: Where do you ship your products from?
A: All items you see online are available on hand and shipped from our warehouse or Chapel Street location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No
SIZING
Q: How do Yeezy's fit?
Yeezy sizing it is very different to other sneakers. We generally say to go 0.5 size up as it's a very narrow and flat shoe. However this may vary depending on the person whether they like a tighter/looser fit or if they have a narrow/wide foot, as well as the model of Yeezy you're wishing to purchase. Our best recommendation is that you come instore and try a pair on yourself so you can get the perfect size.
